4 months old

I mean could Aimsley grow up any faster? She is 4 months old! But what a fun 4 months it has been. She is the coolest girl ever! I literally think that when she is older we will be best friends. I just love her so much. In the last couple of days lots has happened! It was National Grandparent's Day on July 27th! Aimsley had a fun day outside with Mommy and Daddy but missed her Grammy and Poppaw, Oma and Opa, and Granny and Pa dearly! Also as of July 29th the little stinker is sitting up on her own. We have to lean her forward a little bit but this is better than most nuggets her age! She is such a great girl! And 4 month checkup today and shots : ( . Aimsley's stats are 11 lbs 5 ounces and 25.5 inches long. Growing slowly but surely. Aimsley also spent some time in Owensboro this past weekend with Oma and Opa. They turned her into a little biker girl!

Aimsley and Mommy Tuesdays

Keishia's favorite day of the week!!! Keishia is very lucky to have to only work 4 days a week! Since she is off on Tuesday's most of Aimsley's doctor's appointments and photo shoots are scheduled on Tuesdays! She is very lucky. Keishia is also taking a picture of her and Aimsley every Tuesday. Its going to be a lot of fun to look at these pictures a year down the road to see how much Aimsley has changed!

Reading, sickness, and Grammy and Poppaw

Aimsley is such an observant little child. Her new favorite thing is when you read her books! She loves to just sit and flip the pages of the book. According to my mother Keishia would sit and do this for hours with a magazine or book. Maybe this means Aimsley will be as smart as her mommy? We can only hope! Aimsley has also had her first cold in the last couple of days. Cold or allergies not sure. She has been sneezing, coughing, and her eyes are so watery. Poor thing. Also now that mommy has permanently gone back to work, Wednesdays are Grammy days and Poppaw days for the summer when he doesn't have to work. They get to spend all day with her and I am so jealous. They also take her to Keishia's work right up the road for a lunch feeding and to cure the mommy separation! Aimsley is also sooooo close to sitting up on her own! We are working hard!

Happy Independence Day!

Happy 4th everyone! I can definitely say that I am proud to be an American! Hopefully everyone had a great 4th! We are headed to the lake for the day but not before stopping to see my little American Sweetheart!

Gosh I could just eat her up!!! Aimsley also had her 3 month checkup last week! She is 10 pounds and 10 ounces and 23.5 inches long! We are finally in double digits folks! And Aimsley can finally wear some of her 0-3 month clothes. Very little but hey its a start! I'm glad I bought her a variety of sizes because there is no telling when she will be wearing them! Aimsley also got to see fireworks for the first time last night! Boyce had a pretty good firework show according to Keish and Aimsley absolutely adored them. She was wide eyed and cooing the entire time! I cannot believe she wasn't scared. Its official, Aimsley is the coolest baby around. I hope every had a great holiday! Here are some pictures that my dad took for Aimsley's 3 month shots and family time with Oma and Opa and cousin Caden!

Growing like a weed.

Aimsley is growing up soooooo fast. I swear I held her the other day and I feel like she is just such a big girl now. I want her to stay little for forever. I cannot believe it is July!!! Yay for Summer! I just love summer so very much. Hopefully Aimsley can have her first lake experience this summer!! We bought her a life jacket that is way too big but its not like there isn't going to be one of us holding her the whole time. I think she will love the lake! She just LOVES being outside. If she is crying then step outside and she will stop. Hoping this little girl will play outside all day instead of play video games like most kids these days!
